Pots and plants are our speciality – and they make great presents – but we also have a selection of unusual gifts, local produce and greetings cards. If you’re after something a little bit different, this is the place to look.
Our gift shop has an ever-changing selection with something for everyone, from toys and games (including a selection of traditional jigsaws) to jewellery and kitchenware. We’ve candles, ceramics and plenty of seasonal options too.
Cumbria has some great food producers and we keep a selection of their preserves, drinks, chocolates and fresh produce in our shop. Whether you’re after a pint of milk and some biscuits or something a bit special, we can help. We’re also happy to put together a hamper gift with your own choices, a favourite at Christmas time.
Many of the gifts in the shop have an outdoors or garden theme – as you’d expect – and there are also items in our “Potting Shed”, including garden sculptures, bird feeders and tools, which make excellent presents for any gardener.
We keep a selection of seasonal items in the extension to the gift shop – from garden mirrors and bistro furniture sets in summer to unusual Christmas decorations in November and December. It’s always worth a browse as these displays change regularly, depending on what we’ve spotted on our travels.
